Truth or Carol

In 2023, I created a game to bring my multilingual family together at Christmas. Printed on printer paper, it sparked singing, laughter, and stories no one had shared before.

It spread to New Year's Eve get-togethers, a class party, and a company holiday event, always with the same magic: strangers and friends singing, opening up, and surprising themselves.

Now I take prototypes everywhere (version 2000?). Every Christmas, we play it as a family.

Christmas is at its best when we feel closer to the people we care about. That's what Truth or Carol makes happen.
